However, I will share quite a few on here as well. I LOVE cooking and spend a lot of time in the kitchen. If you invest time and energy into making wholesome and nutritious food, you will enjoy your food more and your body will certainly thank you for it. The culture that we live in is very much a culture of convenience and this culture has permeated our diets, restaurants and grocery stores. However, these ready-meals and food-like products are full of additives, preservatives and what I like to refer to as ‘mystery ingredients’. I promise that the recipes I share will taste ten times better than Kraft mac n’ cheese or a Pot Noodle. Experimenting and making healthy versions of naughty foods, like burgers and pizzas, is one of my favourite culinary activities. You will find quite a few of those on here! I have always disagreed with the saying, “you can’t have your cake and eat it too” because honestly, what is the point of having cake if you can’t eat it?
